I am a mother of 4 children ages 9,7, and twin 5 year olds. I contacted this dentist less than a month ago. They were able to take all 4 of them as new patients. Even offered since it’s 30 mins away for them to come at the same time. I was shocked to even hear that they would be willing. This dentist office was incredibly clean which was a HUGE plus for me. They take precautions so they do not spread germs around which I liked. All four children had their own little room. They have gone above and beyond for the children. Putting characters all over the walls, light switch covers with characters, had a TV right above the chairs so while the children are getting looked at they can focus on the TV to help calm them. They had Netflix so they were able to watch a movie they knew and enjoyed. While in the waiting area, they also had super Mario brothers movie playing. It was well decorated. All that was great but the staff was even better. My children haven’t been to the dentist in quite awhile. They were nervous before we went but once we were there the staff was so kind and friendly their nerve disappeared. The Dentist was phenomenal. Despite my lack of upkeep for them she never made me feel like a bad mom, she was kind, soft spoken, informed me and each child what they needed to do moving forward. Her and her staff made a plan with me involved in the discussion on how to resolve their issues as quickly as possible. They need extractions which she will do there in office. I was so impressed with everything all around. All I could do is keep thanking the Dentist and her staff for everything that they were doing for my children. I give this place 5 stars and recommend them to anyone! It was very easy to schedule appointments with them. The receptionist went above and beyond to help accommodate me. Filling out their paperwork before hand was very simple. If you need to take your children to any dentist definitely go here!
