Highly recommend them to anyone with issues they address. Involved surgery with very little pain. Very professional and friendly staff.

They took amazing care of my son!

Everyone was super friendly and very thorough in explaining each part of the surgery and after care. The only problem I had was with one of the girls who answers the phone, her name is Claire. I found her to be extremely rude both times I spoke with her on the phone. Cut me off in the middle of talking several times and at the end of the conversation both times I said thank you, but instead of saying you’re welcome, she just hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional.

My experience was wonderful. Dr. Humberger and all the staff were very friendly. They put me at ease for the actual procedure. It was painless and quick. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Bauer is the best there is!!!

Beautiful new facilities. Very clean, modern and spacious. Staff very pleasant. But the best, and most important part, was Dr. Humberger. Friendly (which means a LOT to me) and professional. Gave me his opinion on extraction vs a root canal and crown. I know that he was being honest and was not recommending extraction simply because that’s what he does. Explained the process during and after an extraction and was patient with my concerns. Haven’t had the tooth pulled yet, but I feel very confident that Dr. H will do a great job.
Edited to Add: Had my tooth extracted by Dr. Humberger a few days ago. I can’t get over how simple, fast, pain free and problem free the procedure was. Again the staff was all so friendly and did their jobs well. I would recommend Dr. Humberger and his staff at OFS in Monroeville to anyone who needs dental surgery. You will not be disappointed.

All of the staff was very pleasant, personable and professional. Dr. Bauer did my implant with very little discomfort. I highly recommend this practice.

Five stars doesn’t seem like enough! I had dental implants done. But two days before my surgery my dog was hit by a car and was killed. I almost cancelled but didn’t. When I was called back by his nurse she could tell something was wrong and when I told her she was so empathetic - she was so sweet! I really appreciated her kindness.. And when Dr. Bauer came in he immediately gave me his condolences.He understood what I was going through - His bedside manner was just so compassionate!! The anesthesiologist was wonderful as well.. My surgery went well for the most part. Spite needing to have my bone structure filed down which meant implementing a meshing for support. Dr. Bauer called me that evening just as he said he would! And I was doing ok. But, then there was a slight setback and when I called the office they immediately got me in and put my mind at ease..I saw Dr. Norbutt that day and like Dr. Bauer he was so nice! I am still healing and looking forward to being able to have this completed.
Each time I see Dr. Bauer he always says if there is anything I need don’t hesitate to call!And he means it!! ! Last but certainly not least!! Is the staff,, everyone that I have come in contact with have been absolutely wonderful! They are so pleasant and friendly! They seem to really like what they do!

The doctors and staff at OFS of Pittsburgh are a top notch group. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. The doctors take the time necessary to explain one's medical situation and corrective procedures. I highly recommend this group of medical professionals..

The staff at Oral and Facial Surgery of Pittsburgh was welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr. Norbutt has a very calming demeanor, which is important to a person with dental anxiety! He took quite a bit of time to explain the options, what would work best and showed me exactly how the dental implant would work with a model. He answered my questions satisfactorily and after reading about his schooling, research and published articles, as well as accolades, I feel confident that I will be receiving excellent care.

Update: The tooth extraction was done before I knew it as well as the bone graft. Dr. Norbutt, Jessica, the dental assistant and the staff were all friendly and relaxed. I think I’ve kicked my dental anxiety!
