Really good place I don't normally leave reviews but I felt compelled to I have to insurance and they were really fair and down to earth I would recommend this place

I have been to a number of different dental offices for an ongoing issues and left each one unhappy. I was able to get an appointment within a few days as a new patient on a Saturday for me and my husband which was great!! Maria and the front reception staff was upbeat, friendly and customer focused. Naomi, and Nicole were very knowledgeable and informative. Dr K has a great chair side manor. He was very thorough, and understanding of my concerns. They educated me on every step of the treatment plan. The 3D dental technology before and after photos aided me in understanding my oral treatment plan. My second visit I had the same great experience. These are the things I look forward to experiencing when receiving service. I left completely satisfied. They gave me a great overall experience.

I have been a loyal patient of Lehigh Valley Smile Designs for several years now, and I can confidently attest to consistently positive experiences with all of the dentists and their assistants. I would like to specifically recommend Dr. Diaz and his assistant Diana, as they consistently provide exceptional care while maintaining a friendly and empathetic approach towards their patients. In addition, I must acknowledge the outstanding service offered by the front desk team, who consistently provide exceptional customer service such as Maria and Jessica.

This is an amazing office and the staff always makes you feel comfortable and cared for. When you come in you’re greeted warmly by Bridget and the dentists and hygienists are all so patient and happy to answer any questions you may have.

I felt welcomed as soon as I entered into the office. Bridget helped me at the front desk and gave good customer service. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

One of the most positive experiences for my least favorite place to be... In the dentist chair. Greeted by name from my favorite front desk people Jess & Maria and also appreciated Dr.Diaz and his partner Diane who explained every step off the process. They made me feel very comfortable.

The staff at this office are professional, polite and helpful. Nicole was professional and very understanding as she explain the treatment and future process. I was nervous as I was looking for a treatment process, glad I found this dental office.

I gave four stars because I absolutely love Nicole and Dr. Diaz. They provided terrific dental care for me, especially Nicole, who always explained everything in detail and told me what she would do next. She is the type of healthcare professional I aspire to become. I did not give five stars because of the confusing service I received from the front desk regarding the dental cost of my treatment. No patient should pay for a service they never received, but apparently, it is the clinic's financial policy to pay for half the dental cost upfront. The constant switching of dental costs adds another layer of confusion. They switched me from out-of-network to in-network cost after I advocated for myself. Then at the second appointment, they first told me the periodontal maintenance (D4910) is not covered by insurance for in-network, then told me it is covered by insurance for a certain percentage after I talked to them again. I urge the front desk to gain a better understanding of the network cost so that the customer can have a better experience.

I recently established care at LVSD. I had a wonderful first experience. Nicole, Diana, and Dr Diaz were so welcoming and informative. The office was clean and ran on time. I have zero complaints and look forward to continuing my dental care here!

This is my first time visiting a dentist in my life and l was super lucky to find this office. The staff at the front are very nice and helpful. The doctors that treated me (Nichole, Dr. Mercado) were very gentle and patient. Nichole kindly explained everything to me and thoughtfully explains the finances. I highly recommend this place.

Nichole, my hygienist, is absolutely wonderful. Dental procedures are certainly not my favorite pastime, but she made it very tolerable and she’s a total professional. Highly recommend this practice and Nichole in particular.

I explained to the ladies working the front desk that I’m high anxiety and couldn’t drive to a referred specialist, they went out of their way to find me a closer specialist I felt comfortable driving to for my appointment. Nichole, Diana and Dr. Diaz were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, they explained every procedure to me and constantly reasured me. While I was waiting to be called I saw several patients walk in whom English wasn’t their first language and seemed to be struggling a little, the ladies at the front desk were very polite and patient, they did a great job. Nichole and doctor pat were the best

Needed a new dentist since mine retired. My first visit to this office everyone was very professional and pleasant. Nichole was exceptional. She explained in detail every procedure. Dr. Diaz was also pleasant and professional. My neighbor actually commented that smile looked better.

I just had a root canal today by Dr Diaz I’ve had root canals in the past. This was one of the best experiences for a root canal. When Dr Pat enters the room I can feel his kindness and gentleness I cannot give this practice enough praise! I love all of them
