I found a keeper during my first visit with Alayne Morena at Amwell Dental in Hillsborough, N. J. I have not been to a hygienist for so many years because I suffer from a rare, debilitating disorder where a breeze of wind can trigger excruciating pain from the front of my right ear and down the jaw. It is called Trigeminal Neuralgia.

An important part of the hygienist-patient relationship is to be knowledgeable, thorough, gentle, and trustworthy, and that describes Alayne. After my cleaning, she confidently recommended a helpful home care regimen that made a big impression on me because it was simple to follow and inexpensive.

I will see Alayne in six months, and it will be a pleasure to do so. Thank you, Alayne!

I’m writing this on behalf of my father who saw Dr. Brown for problems with his lower denture. He lives in Hungary and came back for a visit to get his teeth fixed and visit with my daughter and I. Due to the pain he was experiencing with his lower denture he couldn’t eat and lost a tremendous amount of weight. Everyone at Amwell Dental was absolutely amazing—Carol and Anna at the front desk, Christine who was running around managing the office, Stacey the assistant last night and Cami who assisted on Saturday and of course Dr. Brown. Everyone was so incredibly kind, caring and most importantly patient, as my father is elderly and unfortunately more and more confused and argumentative. Dr. Brown recommended doing a realign and it worked wonders. My dad left the appointment last night like a new man, smiling and talking to everyone, which continued when we went to the grocery store so he could get the real food he wanted (which he very enthusiastically and happily ate last night). Thank you Amwell Dental for providing the kind of personal care that you will never get at these corporate-owned dental practices.
