We just bought and installed carpets in two bedrooms and a hallway. The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. We first decided to go for wooden floor and bought the wood on special sale but then changed our mind. The manager was good enough to allow the change despite the policy once you buy the wood from special sale price (70% sale) ! That was very good and everything else, installation etc was very good.
