We just used Your Flooring Warehouse to put in Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, they recommended Tom Schneider of Absolute flooring LLC to install it. Tom and his team were awesome and they did a great job! The staff at Your Flooring Warehouse (especially Tyler who helped us). was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a great experience all around.Â
My experience with purchasing the vinyl flooring was pleasant. Tyler was friendly and helpful. The installation with Tom and Absolute Flooring was a nightmare. The crew left us in a mess. They knocked the fire extinguisher bracket add the wall then reinstalled it upside down. They left the stove very unbalanced by not adequately planking behind the stove. The washer water supply lines were not turned on and then they were not correctly placed. The baseboard that they installed is very poorly done as is the caulking. There... read more

The stellar service we received from the Owner of Your Flooring Warehouse was over the top with a situation that no one could have forseen. Two years ago we had a floor in two large rooms of house get destroyed due to water heater in closet that caused severe damage, black mold and the necessity to rip out entire flooring.
