Ric showed me what customer service was about with a smile today. I literally walked out of Lowe’s and drove straight there just from hearing his excited voice to help me. We saved 400 bucks instead of going w Lowe’s ! I called literally from Lowe’s department floor. He was more than willing to help and we got a huge discounted difference ! So nice to have help that didn’t overwhelm me w exaggerated sales tactics !!

RecommendedOur salesman, Mark, was friendly and prompt. Our room was measured within 20 hours of visiting the store... now that’s service! There was a bump in the road when, on installation day, it was discovered that the carpet was not what we ordered. Mark made what could’ve been a disaster into a satisfactory situation by providing us with an upgraded carpet without the upgraded price. Our installer, Nate, did a beautiful job. Absolutely amazing place for your flooring needs! From the second my wife and I walked in to the store we knew we were going to buy carpet from Ric!!! He showed us around the store and even played with our kids while we were deciding on carpet!!! We had a huge room to carpet and to leave out kudos for the installer would be wrong! I needed carpet in a hurry to meet my deadline of moving in and Ric made it possible! I went in the store, picked out my carpet, and the guys were at my house installing it the next day! I went to every carpet place in the valley prior and was told it would be 4-6 weeks. He made my dream come true and I couldn't be more grateful! The Zambito's are an awesome family and I highly recommend them to anyone needing beautiful, quality carpeting!
