We have had a lot of home improvement work done by Zebulon Floor Covering and they always make a normally stressful situation a wonderful experience. Everyone was very professional, friendly and great to work with. I didn’t think they could meet my unrealistic deadline for getting house ready to sell. They did my floors in my master bath, my beautiful shower tile , new carpet in 3 bedrooms and even finished before my deadline! Great company I will definitely call again.
We had a consult scheduled with Jennifer today. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never in my whole life have i been treated with such disrespect in a customer service setting. We were offered no assistance and were belittled in our decision making process. The price quoted ended up being almost twice as much as the originally agreed upon amount. Very unpleasant experience. Would never spend my hard earned money here.
Great service! Came out same day for estimate. Install crew was on time. Price was very fair. The new carpet looks great!
