I had a very good experience with 50 Floor. My sales rep, Jared, was extremely knowledgeable and sincerely concerned that I got what I wanted and at the very best price. He was sensitive to my budget! The day of the installation the two installers (I had not moved in yet) did a beautiful job with the flooring and were able to do it in one day as they had indicated. I had a very professional and positive experience with this company from start to finish. In addition, I had an small issue that I brought to their attention and to their credit they investigated and re-did the complete kitchen tile floor. I was impressed with the flexibility and timeliness of the projects and the customer service staff. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

There is a job going into its 3rd week tomorrow. No communication at all. Have heard from no one to where we are on this job. If you want a company that cares nothing for your furniture or how long the job takes, 50Floor is for you. I have pics to show. Waiting on our steps and floor trimming. My garage was left a mess. I really hope I find away to upload pics to this complaint.

Buyer beware! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent flooring installation completed in my basement bathroom. The project, which I anticipated to be straightforward, has resulted in significant issues. I had carpet installation scheduled for November 22, and the installers were here. We spent two days moving everything out of our closets, living room, den, and dining room, including draining a large fish tank that had to be emptied for the installation. Then we wasted our entire morning when the men came to install because they didn't have the correct padding; they brought 6lb when I ordered 8 lb water barrier padding. The best part was the installation team, great job. Our salesman ***** said he was going to give us a inconvenience check because of installation rescheduling problems, after many calls and text messages and 6 months later no response. If we owed them money we would have to pay up. I thought we had an agreement but i guess when they owe money they ignore you.*** *********, ******** ****

I do not recommend this company, I wish I would have received more estimates and educated myself with my options Buyer Beware !!!

Poor Work!! Definitely do NOT recommend. Will not use again and will not refer to anyone. False advertisement of professional installers. Didn't even have the tools on them to do the work. Damage was done to multiple items and floor not installed properly.

Do not use 50 Floor!! There salesman ******* will promises you that your carpet will be installed by a certain date and they dont even have it in stock. Then he will not even have the decency to return your call. Then they charge you 20% restocking fee when you cancel for carpet they dont even have.
