So many lies. Deceptive tactics. Always promising me I will get back to you. Thank God I didn't put any money down. Stay away from this company. This salesman told oh we can change your interest rate on the backside. *******. SALESMAN WOULD NOT GET BACK YO ME IN TIMELY FASHION. SOMEONE NEEDS to take them down. Terrible, Terrible, and Terrible! I made a down payment for an installation at the end of January 2025 and scheduled install for early to mid March 2025. At this point, everything was running smoothly. On March 18th, the installers arrived, I showed where the new flooring is to be installed, and all seemed well. After less than 3 months I have a visible seam line in my living room carpet. Have contacted them twice. Not at all happy with their customer service.

I hired 50 floor to install vinyl flooring in 2019 and after only 2 years the flooring started separating in a few spots and now after myself and my granddaughter cutting our feet and after multiple attempts over the past 5 years and after spending almost $10,000 dollars and now the entire flooring coming up everywhere.The only thing I've been able to get out of 50 floors is we can have someone come look but we are going to charge you for that service. I would not recommend 50 floor to do a out house.The guys could not speak or understand english ,well one of them speak a little but not understand it. I ask them 3 times that i wanted to keep old carpet and they cut it up,,,so you really want to know what i think about 50 floors

The floor is beautiful and the young man who put it in for us cleaned up nicely. However, the work is not finished and we have been promised every day for almost a week that they would be here to finish. DO NOT PAY THEM until EVERYTHING is done. They have our money and now we have an almost finished floor.

Overpriced, overpromised, and underdelivered. Unfortunately, we believed their promises of A+ highest-qualify service to justify their higher prices, and were severely disappointed. You can find better quality for much less expensive costs elsewhere. Sales said easy job but day of installation crew made 5 different excuses over the course of 3 hours about the amount of work the job would be then pulled out of contact after pulling up vinyl on particule wood flooring. I wouldn't tell my enemy to use this company. They are garbage! They use contractors who use whoever they can to do the job. You don't get what you pay for! The salesman makes you feel like your getting premium experience for the price but then they bid it to contractors that you wouldn't hire. Again, garbage!
