The whole process was excellent starting with the lovely sales girl, *******. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a service company.
The company had excellent customer service, and I got an appointment scheduled on a Sunday. The prices are lower than other companies, the quality of work was great, and it was completed quickly. From scheduling to installation was less than a week. Amazing company that I plan on using a third time.

My only complaint is that the installer refused to disassemble my sons bed so that carpet could be installed in his bedroom. He said it would take too long. My husband had to remove the bed from this room. Luckily he was home. Every other part of the process was great.
