I like it This was our first time using Van Dam's Abbey Carpet and Floor. They did 2 bedrooms, the stairs, the living room and the dining room, probably about 1000 square feet. The installers were polite, friendly and on time and the carpet is of high quality.

Fine We used Van Dam's Abbey Carpet and Floor for a big job. Nobody's perfect, but they're very good. They were polite and friendly. We didn't shop around but the pricing seemed fair.

Quick Service! My main review about Abbey carpet would be the quick service. My husband and I were in the process of buying a house that desperately needed to have the carpet replaced and we were hoping to have the new carpet installed asap after closing. So so experience I had to get new carpet and vinyl for an empty rental that I planned on selling. The customer service in the store was great but after the carpet and vinyl was installed, there was a mess. I don't know if it's normal to have to vacuum the carpet after installation but there were little pieces of carpet pad in different areas and the little strands of carpet throughout. I also found 4 nails in...

Great Experience from a bad situation! (water leak) Great service from everyone at Van Dams. I never do surveys but do read reviews when using a company, it was worth writing a quick note to say "Thanks" for such great customer service. My new carpet was done so professional couldn't ask for anything better. Special thanks to Laurie - going above and beyond for me. :-)

efficient, detail oriented, friendly and knowledgeable staff and workers Everyone at Van Dam's Abbey Carpet and Floor were wonderful. I was probably not the easiest customer as I was slightly confused as to what I wanted. Veronica was very patient and helpful. I love everything we picked! Jeff and Russ were efficient, knowledgeable and so friendly. We felt so at ease with them working around us for two days. I will definitely recommend Van Dam's Abby Carpet...
