They were reliable, fast, and made my office look great. We had Van Dam's Abbey Carpet & Floor replace the flooring in our office with carpet tiles and tiling flooring. He kept to the schedule that he committed to and my office turned out looking great. I've used them before and came back because of their customer service and their reliability.

Great job fitting the floor around the showers and sinks Just great experience, I would recommend Van Dam's Abbey Carpet and Floor to anyone. They just did a lower bathroom and utility room for us and then a small bathroom upstairs for us. They had to haul everything upstairs and they covered all the flooring on their way up and the floor looks wonderful. They did a great job fitting the flooring around the showers and toilets and they did a great...

We purposely go there even if they are more expensive than other places. We really like them. We have had really good experiences with them. Ben has been out here before and done measurements for us. We feel very comfortable with him. We've gotten to the point where we know his daughters when we go into the store now. Last time, they did tile for us, and somehow we got to talking about birds. They found out that we weren't really using our bird feeder, and they brought over a bag of...

Fantastic customer service and great work. Will use again. Van Dam's Abbey Carpet and Floor hung vertical blinds in our camping lodge. They did a total of eleven sets. The workers were pretty timely. There was confusion when they arrived about what work needed to be done so we had to pull out the invoice. So there was a miscommunication between the scheduler and the workers, which made me a little nervous. Then they did the work which was no problem....

Willing to go beyond what was necessary. We've had a great experience with them. When the installers were here they were extremely good at explaining things to us and helped us with some other minor problems we had. All in all they were very friendly and very professional.

Good job on the carpet. They've worked on three different projects for me. They are not complete with two of them yet. When they layed the tile down for one of the projects they were kind of sloppy. They made some mess on the cabinets and stuff like that. The carpet layers did a wonderful job.

Excellent people and excellent experience! Office Manager, Lori, was superb in helping make selections, coordinate all installations, and change/additional work orders. All installation people were professional and very good at what they do. We installed carpet, tile, vinyl, and laminate for the entire house that is 3750 sq ft. Quality products and very competive price.
