I like the job that they did but once the job was finished, my sales person never followed up. It's like "We're done with you". No one came by on the day the guys finished to check to see if the work was done right. That's what makes a good business in my opinion if you want return business or referrals. I still have more work I want done but will probably will try a different company.
This store has every kind of carpet for every kind of budget.. Just a great store..

Excellent customer service. Steve was extremely helpful. Josh, the installer, is very professal and experienced. He took the time to do the job right - no shortcuts. He took the time to explain the process and answer all our questions. We chose the Shaw laminate for its durability and ease of care. It looks beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend Academy Carpet and Flooding for flooring projects. We will certainly use them again for other flooring needs.
