***** was my sales person who was very deceptive & manipulative as a flooring specialist.The day the floors were supposed to be installed I was previously informed that there would be a installation manager on sight at all times of which there only three hispanic contractors. I attemtped to call ***** yet got rerouted to the office as I was tempted to cancel the contract. Poor customer relation and irresponsible company. We had flooring put in 2 houses. We were very pleased with the first one so we decided to have them install carpet and repair **************** person helped me select a close match. Turned out to be wrong color and wrong thickness. The installer tore up our hardwood floor before checking to see if the hardwood order was a match. He contacts me after he makes the mistake. I was getting the house ready on the market to sell. Do not get things done with these people, they take your money and do not start work for weeks, they promise different before hand and never value the client later. Definitely do not work with unprofessional guy named ****.

We have had a terrible experience with this company which Installed carpet in our home office and left a noticeable seem running the full length of the walkway through the room. Have called the company 6 times to try to speak with someone about the matter including our sales person, the sales persons manager and the store manager, but no one will respond to my calls or emails.
