It was our first time getting laminate floor. Not only were they professional but also extremely efficient! Scott was our sales guy and he was really helpful throughout the floor installation process! We had it installed within two weeks! Very happy with the floor now and I would definitely recommend America’s Floor Source!!!

This is the second time I’ve gotten carpet from America’s Floor source and both times it’s been nothing but great customer service and an even better product. Working with Rick Holcomb at the Columbus North location was quick and easy and the final outcome was amazing. I highly recommend shopping for carpet here.

On a Wednesday, two days before we were planning to move into our new home, we discovered the carpet needed to be replaced BEFORE we moved our stuff in. On Thursday morning I️ contacted America’s Floor Source, they measured that day, and installed carpet on Friday after we closed. Even though that timeframe isn’t typical, they made it work for us! During such a stressful time I️ couldn’t have been more happy. They were all so professional, dependable, and accommodating of our timeline and needs. A few weeks later we had them back out to do wood laminate flooring too with the same great customer service and quality! The whole team from sales to installation was top-notch!
