We had a great experience at AFS. Our sales rep (Garth) was very helpful and professional. The scheduling of the project went very well and all of the installers were there when they were expected. The product is quality and the workmanship was excellent. My husband and I are very pleased with our flooring and backsplash.

I recently selected America's Floor source after buying product for a small project last year. Because of the good past experience, I bought carpet for my mother's home at AFS. The gentleman who sold the carpet to me also measured the area and met me there on the day of the installation. The installers were there on time and were careful with equipment and workmanship so that recently painted walls and finished woodwork was not damaged. I also found communication easy when dealing with one person at AFS. Thanks, Scott J.

Americas Floor Source was great to work with and had a fast install. We found a great tile product at their annual warehouse event and within a week it was installed. Thank you! We will be using their flooring product and install services again soon.
I had a good experience working with America's Floor source, specifically my sales rep Rocky Maxwell. He went above and beyond to ensure I was choosing the best product that fit within my budget. He was knowledgeable and very responsive to all of my questions about my project. We did have a small mishap during the carpet installation, but the customer service team has been very responsive and I am confident that they will fix the issue. I have seen such a nightmare with my friends new build with Pulte In Sunbury. The floor is buckled everywhere, they didn't let it acclimate and they force flooring yesterday and now more areas are popped up. She is elderly and despondent over this and mad. I truly think this is so unprofessional. It was a 20k upgrade I believe and you can't fix it? This is a tragedy. Very poor service. Poor installation and nothing but a run around. Warranty claims are designed to give you the run around and waste your time. Carpet seams coming apart after 2 years. Stay away!!!
