Floors N More renovated our home after a flood we had just before Christmas, 2016. After the water remediation, I was interviewing contractors for renovation. I did not realize that Floors N More even did renovations. I contracted them about flooring through their website and Steven Larsen called me. What can I say? They went above and beyond their promise! They laid just shy of 1000 ft.² worth of flooring in my house and were in and out in a days time. Their customer service is top notch. If they couldn't answer the question right then, they had an answer really quick. Best of all, my wife's happy so I'm happy!
We had a five star experience with the installation of our new carpet by Floors n more! We have known the owners for a while and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The installers worked all day to get it done in a timely manner. We appreciate the wonderful customer service shown to us during this.
Absolutely the best! Really worked with me on price and scheduling. These guys were so professional from the moment I walked in the door until the last tile was laid.
