I loved my experience with Floors N More....The staff were friendly and helpful..I told them what I was interested in and explained to me what would be best for my existing floors....Thank you Keith Sims and Richard Powers...After seeing my house, Richard was able to make suggestions...Instead of going with the wood floor look, I chose carpet for dining area, living room and small hall area and vinyl in kitchen....I am pleased and happy with the way it looks and the work of the installer of my flooring....Thank you all again... read more

Walked in and walked around the store looking lost. Which I was. Was in there for 15 minutes with no clue where to look for what I wanted. Walked back out. The man at the desk never once even looked up at me. Right before I left a women walked in and swept something up from the floor. Neither employee bothered to acknowledge me. Where is the customer service?
