I was delighted with the new flooring I purchased from Arizona Discount Flooring. I had a "flooring emergency" and was scrambling to find a place that had nice flooring at a reasonable price. I did an internet search, and the word "discount" naturally caught my eye. The place wasn't far away, so I drove there. We had AZ discount flooring install floors last year. The floors had some issues with lifting. The manufacturer came out and agreed it was a product issue. ***** organized her floor guys to come out and replace the floor. They did a great job and the floors look better than ever. We are grateful they did what it took to get the floor fixed. The crew was very professional and kept our home clean. Thanks for doing a great job!

**THEY HAVE CHANGED THE NAME OF THIS PLACE MULTIPLE TIMES. When I purchased it was AZ discount flooring, now its Arizona Discount flooring. Which I believe is their 4th name change.,.. I wonder why***2.5 years ago we ************ re-carpeted. Purchased a fairly expensive Mohawk brand carpet from AZ discount flooring and also paid them to install for us. We just completed our first home remodel and unlike most people that dive into a such a large project, I was clueless about I wanted. My contractor kept me asking me questions, like, "what kind of hardware are you putting on the cabinets?" and "do you want a farm sink?" and "do you want your microwave in a drawer?"I could only reply to each question with a blank stare. They did a fairly poor job installing our flooring. Made a complete mess of the house and ruined our plumbing in our downstairs powder room ($1000 to fix). We were willing to overlook all of that but over 50% of our flooring is starting to lift. We have reached out to the owner DOZENS of times (text, call, email) with no response. Finally after almost a year a mutual friend had to convince her to send the installing contractor out to take a look. He tried to blame the manufacturer and said it was a product defect and all the... read more

Contracted price before work begins is the reason I chose them to install my new floor, just to have them bate and switch the contract to a higher price upon completion. Also, they're installers didn't handle my furniture with care causing damage to my home.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED CARPENTER THAN CAN TAKE YOUR OWN MEASUREMENTS. MY MOTHER ORDERED 2K SQ FT FROM MARIE TO TAKE CARE OF A 1900Sqft job. Even got the extra 100sqft just in case. Well as soon as the truck pulled up I was waiting for another one because I knew right it away there was no way in 35oz face weight carpet in 2k sqft can be that small. BEWARE! THEY ONLY LIE! WORST company ever! Promissed to deliver tiles to my Glendale house on 12 Oct and keep giving new dates! It is now 18 Oct, we are still waiting!!! I am from out of state! They are causing me to keep changing my plane ticket because I have to wait for them to deliver!!! ??
