BEWARE! THEY ONLY LIE! WORST company ever! Promissed to deliver tiles to my Glendale house on 12 Oct and keep giving new dates! It is now 18 Oct, we are still waiting!!! I am from out of state! They are causing me to keep changing my plane ticket because I have to wait for them to deliver!!! ??

MARIE C****** WAS CALLED WHEN RECEIPT OF OUR ORIGINAL GOODS SHOWED PROBLEMS WITH THE STRUCTURE INTEGRITY AND VAST DIFFERENCE IN THE HEIGHT OF THE ACTUAL WOOD IN THE SAMPLE SHE GAVE ME. SHE REFUSED TO COME BY AND SEE AS A NORMAL OWNER WOULD, AND STEERED ME TO JOHN OF COUNTRY WOOD FLOORS IN CALIFORNIA. HE DID AN EXAM BY A LOCAL WOOD SPECIALIST AND SAID THERE WASN'T ENOUGH DAMAGE TO STAND BY THE WARRANTY. You don’t even get what you paid for. DO NOT USE this company! The owner Marie will not assure good quality work. She is disengaged with the entire process and does not have anyone supervising work. We paid them thousands of dollars for an incomplete job and are now in the process of filing a complaint with the Register of Contractors.
