Using them for over 20 years, love them. I've been using Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor for over 20 years so I clearly love them. They are very good and communicative and they do a good job. This last time I bought a carpet from them but I haven't installed it yet. But so far we haven't had any issues and the purchasing and dealing with them has been easy, like always.

Good overall experience! Abbey Carpet & Floor put in a new carpet in my bedroom. They did a great job on the installation and they gave me affordable prices. I have been a customer of theirs for about 15 years because I used to use them in the new homes I was building. Everything is always just fine. For this project, they did it in a timely manner and they did a good job installing the carpet.

Everything was wonderful Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor are great. They had good follow-up, no pressure and they were very willing to work with us. They stuck within our time frame and were very accommodating. They installed the material when they said they would do it and the job was done correctly.

Fast High Quality Service We were under a little bit of a time constraint and the people over at Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor did a great job accommodating us. We wanted our new carpet in a week and Deborah was really great about helping us quickly and confidently choose out the carpet we wanted. Very positive experience! Everything was perfect with Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor. We got the flooring on time. The installers were on time, polite and personable. They did my living room. It's not a big living room but it was a lot for two people, especially when it came to carrying things. The guys were perfect and did a great job.

I'm Satisfied With The Service But Not With The Prices. We have used Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor once before to install new carpet for a business and this time it was for our prayer room. I do like the results, however, I think the prices are bit high especially because the new carpet was for a very small room - I think the prices could have been less expensive. The technician was professional, very cordial and experienced. There were no issues....

Both times we had the same sales person and she was just super. She really took care of us and let us look and decide with absolutely no pressure which we really appreciated. I was happy with the quality of the carpeting Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor were really good. I had them put in carpeting for two rooms and a hallway. I was very happy with the installers provided.
