No problems! Abbey Carpet & Floor put down a large commercial carpet for us in our restaurant. Everything went fine with no problems at all. The service was great! The carpets look great and we have no complaints.
Very knowledgeable staff, HUGE selection, and quick and easy to schedule installation times. We are so thrilled with our beautiful carpeting for my fiance's man-cave :)
Overall service to date has been excellent To date, Ward Breithaupt, and Abbey Carpet has been very responsive. I am currently awaiting scheduled installation of carpeting and flooring.
Very dissatisfied Installers were 6 hours late to appointment. (Was supposed to arrive at noon and didn't show up until 6pm)) I called several times initially to be told that I didn't have an appointment until the following day, then told the store made a mistake and I did have an appointment at noon that day. I just bought my home that day and was waiting to bring in furniture until after the carpet installers...

It's hard to rate Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor because I really wasn't satisfied with the installer but it wasn't the service directly related to the store what I had an issue with. The people at the store were good, they came out to measure and were very polite but I had a specific issue with the installer that I never told the store about because I figured I would let it go. There were issues with the carpeting On the carpeting end Associated Abbey Carpet & Floor wasn't the best. The carpeting people left raw edges in two doorways. I had wood floor they didn't finish off into. I had tile floor they didn't finish off into. The extra carpeting they rolled up in the closet instead of putting it down in the closet.
