very difficult to get paid by this company when you install for them. contractors beware*
I recently purchased a Fischer home in Dallas and was given Atlanta flooring design # who installed the tile for my fireplace. I was looking to have the tile extended above the fireplace. I spoke to a very helpful young lady Sandra Polo and she advised that a ticket was opened to have someone call me to come take measurements and send back to her, so I can get a estimate. Completely useless. Had water damage and needed our entire first floor redone and a good portion of the second floor. Because we were dealing with an insurance claim, we needed the estimates seperated by room. Apparently that was 'too hard' for our sales person Chuck, because he had to 'answer the phone and talk to people who came in'. Over two weeks after they came out to measure, I told them to forget it. Other companies managed to get us our quotes within 3 days. Avoid them at all cost.

TERRIBLE COMPANY. They did a CRAPPY job on installing my floors in my new home, I would NEVER recommend or use them if I had a choice
