Company is a joke. Took them the better part of a year to get back to me about re-stretching the carpet that they installed. Our house was a new build. The quote was 3 times what other competitors were going to charge to fix their work. Neighbors are having the same issue.

This will be a long post, but that’s because there’s a lot to write about. First, we went to Atlanta Flooring Design for installing our hardwoods and our carpet. Atlanta Flooring Company is the worst. I have the photos of my carpets to prove it. The employees craftsmanship is subpar at installation and then they refuse to come back and fix their work. All 4 carpeted bedrooms in my home have ripples and bunches. Atlanta Flooring Company says that's "normal wear and tear". Tell me, if your carpet was newly installed, would you want to hear that? I didn't think so. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Megan very sorry for your troubles I hope that we have taken care of the issues now and that your carpet finally looks the way it should. Please let me know how we did. We have been in business since 1985 and believe me we have made our share of mistakes but we continue to strive to do better.
This company can't seem to get it right. We had a hard time getting service and it continued to get worse. The gentleman that came out to lay the carpet was great but we have struggled to get our area rugs completed. We just got them and they were cut the wrong direction and there are huge snags. We are not happy with our experience.
