One of my favorite suppliers Thomas, Dave and Joe are great people
We own a tile installation business and order all of pir supplies from them. They are the only flooring company we use because they are the only ones that respect contractors and help with whatever we need. I have sent customers to them as well and they were all treated well. I visited to select some tile for our shower, made my selection, carefully noting the product # (with a photo). I gave it to my contractor who placed the order. Was told it was "in stock" but that meant available in 3 days? Tile arrived and luckily I opened the box to find it was the wrong tile. Turns out the sales guy fat-fingered order entry, setting my job back another number of days. I never leave reviews like this but after reading some of the other unfavorable reviews, I see I'm not the only one.
I’ve never felt the need to write a comment or review before... however, if we could give a 0 rating we would. This company sent a completely sick worker to a pregnant customers house...to any customers house is inappropriate, on top of that both of the two workers used our bathroom for approximately 20-45min each, leaving it smelling disgusting and making us feel extremely uncomfortable. We were 10 boxes in and found the rest of the flooring is a different size. We called and were told they would order new sizes. Two weeks later we get a call telling us our floors won’t be in for another 3 weeks! This will not fly! To our salesman Dave: fix this now!!� My house is a disaster area due to your incompetence in a) ordering half the order incorrectly and b) not re-ordering AGAIN (because we know that happened during our first shipments too ).
