I was very disappointed with my experience at the wilmington Delaware location. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I spent so much money on my blinds only to have Avalon screw my blinds up, measure incorrectly, waited for 4 weeks for my order, the installer damage my wall, my blinds looked like a 4 year old install them. This is a level of service that certainly not acceptable!!! I told them to cancel my order and I will contact Joe boss.

The worst place to buy anything for your home they screw up your orders and try to blame you there over priced you can do better at lowes there window treatments are extremely over priced
We had a TERRIBLE experience with Avalon Flooring in Wilmington, DE. We did have a good time selecting our tile due to their big selection they have in their show room. However, it felt as though as soon as they saw that we were committed to the sale/using them, things went down hill. The floor salesman seemed knowledgeable about the tile selection, but as soon as we wanted to schedule an estimate he did not return our phone calls.
