RecommendedBaytown Floors did an excellent job helping us find the perfect floor. They finished ahead of schedule, and came back out a few days after the install (within 45 minutes of calling them) when we had a concern. All was solved quickly and at no extra charge. Will use again in the future.
We had a stellar experience with Baytown Floors off Hwy 146. Our salesman James was very detail oriented and helpful from the beginning planning phase when we were a bit overwhelmed to the final result. The showroom has many choices and price ranges, we were able to get our dream look at an affordable price. The installation crew was so friendly and professional, they worked slow and steady and with great precision. Helmi, Omar, and Will stayed open late allow my mother in law to pick out her wood floors. These guys were very helpful and had a huge choice of colors to choose from. Once the wood floor was chosen, they sent Flavien and his crew out. Flavien and his crew are outstanding. They moved all the furniture and did a wonderful job installing the floors. Baytown Floors just finished installing our new floors and they did an excellent job! Helmi did a really great job with showing us all the options and colors of the wood flooring they offered. He was professional and patient throughout the decision making process. The price was good compared to other stores around the area. The crew did an excellent job as far as workmanship with the wood floors and baseboards. However, they left some baseboard scraps in my front yard as well as a couple of nails on the front porch.
