They totally suck. Owed us refund of 450 dollars and ask and ask went into store couldnt find our reciept found it told us we would get back 450 out of 1100 for restocking fees they lost reciept never got the money ask over 10 times and went in 5 of it!! Also sent registered letter Total Rip off!!

You have been told repeatedly to bring your receipt to receive a refund. We have no record of your claim and need a receipt or proof of purchase just like any other company or business to issue a $450 refund.
Have had work done in the past and was pretty good. Sent a request to have a quote on Wednesday. Called Thursday and was told I would have by the end of day. Called 3 times Friday was told would have by end of day Friday. Called Saturday at 11 was told I would get a call back. Called at 5:40pm and left a voice mail saying never mind... disappointed.

WOW !!! I was never greeted or asked could I be helped not one time. I had to ask where certain item was that I was looking for. I was only customer in the store and sales lady was setting st desk but never bothered to help me. I finally just walked out of the store and again was never thanked for stopping in or was there anything we could if helped you with. They just lost a kitchen remodel job for sure. Too many other stores that sale same thing that would make you feel welcomed .
