I bought the Optitec v3 not knowing if it would work as well as described, well I was amazed at its ability to move my tandem axle speed boat ( approximately 2.5 ton )around the tight area I have to get it into the garage, normally it would take at least 2 of us to do this and it was a struggle but the Optitec did with ease, the remote worked so well it’s as easy as walking along and direct the boat exactly where I wanted it, I am so pleased with it couldn’t recommend more highly

Optitec powered Jockey wheel I have used the Optitec powered jockey wheel to accurately move my caravan for the last 8 years and just recently had a couple of issues. (1) clicking when turning. (2) intermittent remote connection. I contacted Tim at Optitec who diagnosed two parts would likely need replacement, Turning Gearbox and receiver remote unit. They parts were both in stock and were dispatched to me with clear instructions for the receiver remote to be installed at a cost of $350 including shipping. very reasonable an... read more
A new stronger part fixed my Optitec. My Optitec is many years old and the casting housing the turning gear disintegrated. A new one ordered came quickly and was so easy to fit. Problem solved thank you Optitec (Tim).
Best little machine EVER! We purchased ours 12 mths ago … it saved us getting a divorce , this is the best little machine ever! I moved our 21’ van myself through a very tight breezeway then a 90 degree turn into a carport and it was a piece of cake. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Optitec is perfect for manoeuvring your caravan Bought the Optitec V3 to manoeuvre my Jayco Crosstrak down a narrow driveway and park in my backyard. Absolutely awesome device and received really good customer service from Tim as well who gave me a demonstration when I went to the head office in Dandenong South.
Purchase of Turning Gear Box Purchased turning gear box for my Optitec V2 remote jockey wheel and stated that I would install it myself. The after sales service was prompt and I received the parts through regular mail within three days. After a phone conversation with Tim Gray about fitting instructions supplied and another problem I found on disassembly of the gear box he confirmed that my interpretation of the instructions was right and arranged for additional parts require to be delivered over night.
Excellent product After moving to a new house where our van can only be stored in the rear yard we thought we had no option but pay for offsite storage. Did our research and found Optitec. Six months in and we love it. So simple to use and moves our Journey with ease down a narrow laneway with a sharp turn at the rear. Highly recommend.
Don’t leave home without it! Changed our life’s (for the better)! We purchased our Optitec jockey wheel at the Melbourne show last month and very happy with our decision. We’re moving a 2.9T fully loaded Supreme on very slight incline and hasn’t missed a beat.
