The over all installing of our carpet was great and the completed job was also great. I did not like the fact that they were in such a big hurry to complete the job that we barely had enough time to vacuum up the edges with green dust all over. Our old pad literally turned to dust which looked like a green dust storm in the living area. If you want to have clean floors for new carpet to go on I suggest ripping our your old carpet or getting someone to rip it out before new carpet is to be installed so floors can be vacuumed... read more
Friendly service and quality work
We love Big Carpet! Dennis- is always professional when he comes to my house and always does an excellent job! So far he has done for rooms and working on his fifth and everyone of them is beautiful! Christine is an excellent office person and always gets back to us on any questions! We love Big Carpet.

Our entire experience with Big Carpet was absolutely wonderful! When we went to the store to pick out our carpet, all our questions were thoroughly answered. They are very knowledgeable about flooring & installation. Dennis was great to work with & did an outstanding job communicating with us. Our new carpet looks so nice! I highly recommend Big Carpet!
