It was a great experience , carpet layers were excellent , polite and friendly . Carpet was installed in the time frame I was given , and the price was excellent , I would refer my family and friends to Big Carpet anytime ! My carpet is beautiful

The entire experience was great. Dennis and Chris were extremely helpful in helping us pick out flooring for our kitchen. We had looked at multiple places and when it came to price and variety of choices, they beat their competitors by a lot! The flooring was done efficiently and well. Turned out beautiful and has held up with no wear and tear from many dogs and children running around on it. We are so glad we found them and would recommend them to anyone!
A big THANK YOU to Dennis for getting on the schedule with short notice. He did a fantastic job of installing the new carpet and vinyl in our motorhome. It looks great!! Definitely recommend Big Carpet!!
Great customer service...pleasant personalities while laying carpet...excellent work...we have used them twice for replacement of old carpet...wouldn't use any one else!
I had them stretch my carpets today and I am really happy with how it turned out! I am considering having them replace my hardwoods. I will definetly do business with them again.
