The worst business I have ever had experience with. Customer service is practically non existent! It's been 6 months since I had carpeting installed, they have repaired twice and now it is getting worse. Supposedly Carpet Designers are dealing with the manufacturer. I don't think they care. I will never deal with them again, nor would I recommend them.
