Had the "great" privilege of ripping up a less than 4 year old laminate floor.....which WAS NOT installed properly...but these cats took NO RESPONSIBILITY whatsoever for the install...Was blamed on a mysterious hump or bump in the concrete...which is still yet to be found....Don't waste your hard earned money on a company who doesn't stand by there customers...and denied all responsibility for anything...
9/20/17 So very wrong how Stuart French and Repairman John Kelly are LYING about how this Laminate Floor was Put down WRONG and they know it! Put off for right at 1 Year by the Salesman and the Repairman! The Best John Kelly could offer was "I am Sorry!" Are you F......ing kidding Me!!! Now for Bob Grubbs to claim there is only a 1 Year Warranty!! WTH!!! I will NEVER do ANY Business with this Company again! I have not purchased anything from this establishment, but I have had a somewhat rude and unsatisfactory dealing with Rob. While trying to fix a botched contractors cleaning job, I was in search of a particular cleaning product and inquired if they carried it. I was told no, that I was wasting my time in pursuing this method and that I need to contact a 'professional' and let them use a buffing machine and compound, something I was "not capable of doing". Don't waste your money or time at this place!!! I paid over $8000 for carpet and laminate (I'm not sure what I chose was installed). The carpet has ripples in it after a couple of months and the seams in the laminate started to separate after a 2-3 months. I don't think the installers knew what they were doing -- that or they just didn't care about the quality of their work. I wish I had made my purchase at a reputable store...
