Good enough that I will go back and considering using them in the future. I bought a small carpet area from Carpet Giant of Ossining. I rate them 3 stars because I did not love the sales guy - he was fine but not great and was a little pushy. However, the purchase turned out very good. I would suggest that it is easier to shop around instead of asking someone.

Good, professional experience. Friendly and helpful staff. CARPET GIANT OF OSSINING took my requests promptly and gave me a lot of ideas for new carpets. Choosing carpets are usually very time consuming, but they were very patient with me. Once I made a decision of what I wanted, they filled the order promptly, and even added a few extras. Very accommodating Over the years, Carpet Giant of Ossining sold me various area rugs and runners but had not installed anything wall to wall. I installed everything myself. What I like is that the owner is a nice guy and they've cut paths for me in being very accommodating.
