I’ve been to all of the Carpet Stores in Ocala and surrounding areas and when I walked into Carpet One I was immediately greeted and every question and concern was answered by very knowledgeable staff! I worked with Robert Zubieta from start to finish and he went over and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of! If you are looking for flooring and professional folks then look no farther! This is the place to go without a doubt!

Worked on an older friends house that i supervised the work. If i had an issue it was addressed within 24 hours if not immediately. Somw issues were the manufacturer and even those were addressed by the owner for us. Understandably the rush for the holidays gets tensions high but a calm person such as owner Gary makes it all get done. Thanks
