We have trusted Jenn and Walter with our home flooring for the last 5 years, and 4 separate installations. Their customer service is excellent, very responsive over email and phone, so helpful and knowledgable. Walter is a professional installer, such a clean job, no problems, no surprises. Really enjoyed my experience with Carpet Outlet Plus. Danielle was a knowledgable sales person, helped me choose the correct carpet, and found carpet within my budget. I was also given three remnants to take home to see what worked best. Install was timely and the worker was professional. They install on Saturday which worked perfect into my schedule. My house was left clean. Thanks Carpet Outlet Plus for the stress free experience.
We met Greg the first time we walked in the showroom and he treated us like we were family. His knowledge of products was great but more important he chatted with us, listened to what we wanted on multiple visits and then sealed the deal no pushy selling just friendly helping. If you go in the store ask for Greg he'll take great care of you.
