Communication between employees was poor. One employee was verbally abusive to me. Apparently this behavior has happened before because another employee explained; "that's why the rude employee works outside away from customers instead of inside". Completely unacceptable. I would not shop there again as there are plenty of flooring stores in Bakersfield.
