Bruce, Tina and the entire team do a great job. We had 2500 of carpet installed in our current house and they did a great job. Installation team was prompt and on schedule. They moved all of the furniture and got the job done in 1 day! Everything back where it started and in great shape. They even had me go around with them to find all of the squeaky board to screw them down before pad went down. Well done job and great company! Thanks again and we will come back in the future.
Luis is here now installing Phenix Epic in my craft room, hall and stairs, He has been reliable, respectful, and professional. It's looking GREAT! He's even vacuuming as he goes....a man cleaning, a first in this house ;0 I've put off carpet replacement because of concerns about moving furniture but this has been a breeze, so on to the rest of the house!!! We are sorry you were not happy with the carpet you selected for your investment property. All carpets will show some footprints/vacuum marks. Some show more than others. Some berbers (loop pile) or commercial carpets will not show if they are tight enough loops. You were shown many carpet samples and took samples with you to the property before you ultimately decided on the Lexmark pattern carpet.
