My wife and I have used Carpet Outlets many times over the years. We have had LVP, Carpet and Tile put in 3 of our previous homes over the years and each time we returned to use Carpet Outlets in Garland . Marty, Tina and Brenda and their crews have made the process smooth and the professionalism we experienced everytime could not be beat. We have referred them to friends and family. Our parents had LVP put in March 2024 and were very pleased as well. We would not hesitate to use them again.
Fantastic Service from the moment my wife and I walked into the showroom. Brenda immediately assisted us with our carpet needs. We took carpet samples home and a few days later they showed up to measure the rooms. hours after measuring the rooms they provided us with a quote. We were amazed at how reasonable the price was. Brenda (in the Sales Office) was VERY helpful and patient with me while picking out flooring. The installation process was great. They have their own installers (not sub-contractors) who were very professional and nice. They cleaned up everything and put back all the furniture exactly where it came from. I would highly recommend Carpet Outlets of Texas!!!!!
Fantastic service from the moment I walked in their door and through the entire process of buying and then laying the carpet. I love the small business feel and they really cared that I got exactly what I was looking for. Much much better than the big name stores for sure. Great communication and fantastic people to work with. The guys that put the carpet in were so careful and cleaned up after themselves so well. I couldn't be more pleased!
