My shopping experience at Carpets to go was thoroughly enjoyable. Glenn has a large inventory of merchandise to select from but he was very helpful and informative, making it easier for me to choose what was most appropriate for my needs. 5 STAR SERVICE! From the day we walked in we had a feeling of comfort and from start to finish Glenn made everything we did perfect. We did 5 rooms and our stairs and any issue was corrected immediately. If you want a carpet and flooring place that treats your home like their own with great prices this is your place!
I had Carpets to Go carpet my two stairs in my beach house in Asbury Park. Glenn and his team helped pick out the right carpet and padding for heavy traffic as well as the right color. His team was very professional, arrived on time and was mindful of taking shoes off as well as picking up all trash once the job was done. I will certainly go back to Carpets to Go in the future! Glenn takes amazing care of his customers. Their showroom is incredible with so many choices for carpet and wood. He held our hand through the selection process to choose something perfect for our home. His prices are competitive. He is all about customer service and I believe they go over and beyond. I will continue to use them and refer them to others.
