RecommendedScott and his crew came and installed my living room carpet this week. Very quick, pro install. Carpet looks fabulous and they were right on time for me.
I'm glad I didn't read these reviews first. I purchased carpet for a home I'm selling. Told my salesman (Mark Germano) the situation and what I was looking for. Made me a great deal on carpet, pad and installation. Showed up at the agreed upon time to measure the rooms on a Friday and installed the carpet the following Monday. Install was very nice and professional. No complaints. Would definitely use again and recommend.
We just had almost 600 sq ft of vinyl planks laid. The salsman was very friendy and helpful. The two installers they sent out were very professional and did an excellent job on the floors, they took their time and were very particular when laying the floor. I Love my new floors! The product was very affordable, and great quality. we went to several floor stores. I definitely would recommend this company. The other bad reviews are older, so maybe they got new management .
Close their doors so they don't put anybody else through what Others have been through!
This company has TERRIBLE customer service. Their installers walked on the newly installed carpet with shoes on leaving stains. The store and my salesman Mark both knew I wasn't happy. They charged my card the balance of the bill without checking with me to see if the issue was resolved. When I confronted Mark about it he tells me "everyone makes mistakes very sorry in the end great quality carpet with over 600. in savings." It was never anything more than money to them. Absolutely gross! Went in looking to redo our bedrooms. The salesman was so unprofessional. While walking back to the bathroom there is a sign on the wall that clearly stated “NO SMOKING in the building”, I look over in the warehouse and their guys on forklifts are smoking while moving the carpet. Get back to the bathroom and it smelt like smoke! Carpet stuck back there!! Take your business elsewhere!!!
This is the worst business ever I spent 1500 on tile oh and ordered a month before I moved in it was suppose to b here on the 14th nope no tile then Monday nope no tile then today and yesterday she said they were going to b here between 8 and 9 n then I called this morning and she's all nope that's when they call u looks like your not getting a call until 10 now after she said we were the first job to do she's all doesn't look like your on the schedule now does it ummm great customer service
