City carpet outlet in Fort Wayne has to be one of the worst places to deal with. All in for selling you carpet and taking your money, then your shit. Scheduled for 10 am and finally show up at 4:30pm. One day job takes three days. Manager was never in every time I stopped or called to talk to him. Half assed installation and still cleaning up the mess that was left behind. I will never deal with this place again and advise anyone considering them, turn around and run!! Once they have your money they don't care!!!
*** Take your business elsewhere where they will respect your time and concerns. Only positive I will give is flooring install looks nice. If i could leave a negative numerical review I would. Horrible customer service! Payed for the carpet in full and scheduled the installation. No show on the first day. Called and they offered no help whatsoever. Rescheduled day two and no show again! Buy carpet elsewhere!
If there was a 0 star option then your business earned it. Worst customer service and your manager is an asshole. Will never spend another dime with your business again.
Floors just got done today, already coming apart! Left a spot of blood on my floor! Cut my brand new floor!
Have had nothing but issues. They carpeted over vents, left random carpet hanging on the stairs, and no called/no showed us two different times to fix the problem. We still don't have the issue resolved. AND not so much as a simple apology, We have $5,000 in flooring we will be purchasing elsewhere. Spend your money some where they actually care about the people that keep them in business, these people could care less!
This is a terrible company to deal with. I built a new house and I am using there company and they suck! The manager Scott Wheeler is awful. His mother works there also and covers for him. There is no way to get to the owner...they keep rhe complaints at their level. I spent over $10,000 in flooring and i am having nothing but problems from these people! Avoid them like Ebola!
Went in to buy carpet. was talking to a salesman. he proceeded to tell me the cost for carpet and then the extra fees for removal, etc. I asked him to tell me why I should buy from him instead of buying from retailer just down the street. "Your a salesman" I said. Sell me on this carpet. Tell my why I should buy here? He abruptly said "well that's your choice" and left me standing alone. So I left and spent my $3000 elsewhere. wow, what a way to operate.
