Don't take anyone you love here. My person has had to pee in her bed, more than once and the trash can once because no one answered the call button. They have missed meals for her and I, personally, have not seen one kind interaction with staff. It is making me sick to know she has to be there. We are trying to spend as much time there as possible to make sure she gets her basic needs met. It is despicable. And she has family to look out for her. I am very concerned for those who do not.
