RecommendedI work at Covenant Village and I simply love everything about it. The residents feel at home there. They love the staff and everything they get from Covenant Village.
More staffing per person. My sister said she was left on the toilet for 15 min she pulled the cord and no one came. Not impressed with nursing staff. Therapy staff was ok but inconsistent. Rooms are small so it was hard to visit either you sat on the bed or window sill. Just because it's beautiful doesn't mean anything.

the staff is so unprofessional and verbally abusive. Takes aids forever to answer your call light, when in fact they are sitting eating and bullshitting with each other. Never clean rooms .I am writing this in real time, I am here for rehab and can't wait to get out of here . I will report this place for sure.
Please be aware: The disrespect & unprofessional behavior from DON texted me please look in the comments, I also took it to the CEO of the facility NOTHING WAS DONE he brushed me off as well like I was a nobody because I decided to leave they are not to be trusted in my opinion just a RN who loves what she do but want to be treated w/ dignity and respect ‼️
