In 2001 My wife Sherri Richbourg and I purchased Discount Carpet in Bryan, Texas and renamed it Discount Floors Superstore to reflect the growing list of products and services we offered. Thank you Design Superstore but a special thanks to Kristi Kane. Having to make so many choices on a new home can be overwhelming but Kristi made it so easy. This store has so many choices in every area but if you don't have someone like Kristi to guide you through in making the right choices and with colors that match, you would be lost. The customer service was excellent from everyone in the store.
We really enjoyed working with our project manager, Carl Fox. He was on site regularly throughout our renovations and were very pleased with the outcome ! He was very easy to work with and listened to all our requests. Thanks Carl!

I really enjoyed working with Maureen as I made some changes to my home. I added laminate to my guest bedroom. I was having carpeting removed. When I found out it had come in, Maureen set installation up for the next day! A little over a week later I had new carpeting installed in my bedroom. Again it was installed right away.
