I wouldn’t recommend them, I had nothing but a negative experience once my wife and I decided on a countertop. There’s a bunch of extra costs that’s applied to your bill without ever mentioning or discussing it and that doesn’t come until they write out our total charges. They charged us for an additional 5 sq ft more then the other companies needed to do the exact same job. UPDATE: So when I picked up our tile (special order) one whole box was broken during shipping. Warehouse worker said, "Don't worry, we will make it right." I spoke with the sales manager, who immediately ordered a replacement box to begin shipping since we were getting close to tiling. Had it here within a week. Great follow through on making sure the customer is satisfied. Came in for bathroom floor and shower tile. This company is a complete joke. They completely screwed up a job for my friend and have refused to correct the screw ups or return her calls. DO NOT use this company unless you plan on paying up front in full and getting a half ass job to say the least.
When I first visited the store it was fine then it was all downhill, it took me a month to get my estimate for kitchen tile and countertops and they stated it would take approximately 3-4 weeks to build my island for my kitchen. I finally got my island 2 1/2 months later and it was not made as planned a man told me I would be refunded the difference but 3 weeks later still no refund. I can never get anyone to return my calls. This process was a complete nightmare.I will never be returning to this store.
