I had you guys come out for an install on a Sunday and it looks like total crap the seams are not lined up and there is bubbles on every single corner now you got said I didn't buy the right flooring for the job but if I didn't then the whole job would look like crap instead the only part that looks like crap is the part that he had to trim and measure you know the whole thing I hired him for so now I'm $500 in the hole and stuck with crappy looking flooring that has bubbles and waves and seemed showing all over the place

If you gonna do one room or whole house.. Discount Daves is the ONLY place to go.. Friendly.. and know just what they are talking about.. 2012 they came measured and carpeted my whole house... been there several times since getting odds and ends.. Dont waste time driving around looking for a better deal You will Not find it.. Best prices ... and service in town..

For flooring pricing, I think Discount Dave's is very good. However, the customer service was very disappointing. When I came to pick up my flooring, it wasn't correctly loaded and almost fell out on the highway after the first turn. They did send someone out who helped me secure the load, but I should have never left their parking lot like that. The day I came to pick up my flooring, the threshold was not in stock and the salesman offered to mail it, which was very kind. However, he did not actually mail it. So I was left p... read more

Our installation manager was the gentleman who loaded your materials and had expressed that the method you had intended to secure the load wasn't sufficient, but did the absolute best he could with the bailing twine we have in the store. With regards to your transitions I believe there may be some miscommunication on shipping those to you, but again we're very sorry for your disappointment on that.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! We bought carpet, ceramic tile and flooring from Discount Caves because we were told how great they were. First night, some salesman trued to sell us flooring we didn't want. Went back, second salesman was nice. We bought the flooring but the salesman didn't know the carpet price so I had to call back for that. I received a quote that was really great for the carpet, pad, and install. I called back five minutes after close so they wouldn't take my payment. I was the one who informed you the quote you received was incorrect, actually. As our salesman explained with you, the associate who misquoted you actually gave you the square footage rather than the finished project pricing. This place is a joke, they never finished the job. Now they want to charge me $100 to finish the job. I will never spend money at this place again.

Mr. Garza, we're very sorry your dissatisfied but as was explained to you prior to our second attempt to finish the installation your home must have electricity to properly run our equipment. Unfortunately our installers cannot come back free of charge on this.

What a nightmare of a place this is. My parents ordered outdoor carpeting which they delivered and then it has sat for 5 months. When approached about issuing a refund, they are told no refunds until such and such date. When asked for name of owner and their phone number, my parents were refused. Then, when they wanted carpet for inside the house, weeks later, they are told the one they picked out they can't get. A phone call would have been nice. They are awful!! we had carpet installed in May 2017. The installers were terrible..The 1st one was a Freak he was a Jedi he said..The 2nd one finished installing in our bedroom and you can see the tack strip. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied. They gave us a Area Rug When we complained, that was not straight when we rolled it out. I have waited for the Owner to call me But he has yet to call. So I am telling anyone who reads this please do not do business with this company..

It took them 6 weeks to lay floor in one room. They kept saying they were waiting for the supplies they needed to come in. The floor bubbled up immediately in multiple spots and to this day (6 mths later) isn't fixed. Also, the trim is still missing. We paid in full up front. One worker went so far as to show up one day unannounced at 7:30 am and let himself in to begin working. After "spraining his ankle", he called us 2 wks later asking us to pay his hospital bill ??,..instead of his employer. The entire experience was a c... read more

Discount Daves did a terrible job. Left some of the strips slightly uncovered when laying the carpet so it hurts to walk into our bedroom. I don't know how many times my toes have been poked by these stupid things! Whoever laid our linoleum got glue on our brand new carpet that had just been laid and glue(or what looks like blood) has stained at least 3,newly painted white, doors in my house! I called to have them come fix it and they still didn't get it all off! Will never use them again!
