They have terrible salesman in Springfield store, wasted our time and don't honor there price agreed on ����������

Terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible quality. Ordered a very large custom rug that took over 3 weeks longer to get than what I was told. Finally picked it up and took it home only to find a large ripple in the rug where it was bound. MANY calls to the store got me nowhere in remedying the situation. I was told I needed to call their sub-contractor who binds their rugs and see how he wanted to fix it. It's a Discount Dave's product so THEY should be the one's to contact THEIR binder. Discount Dave's is the place to go if cheap pricing on materials is all you're after. I was very disappointed in the quality of work when they installed my laminate flooring. They installed it once looked horrible because it was done wrong. Came back out redid it looks better but it took them 2 months to get it right when it should have taken a day. They definitely have low prices and if that's all you're after, then maybe this is the place for you. This may also be the place for you if you want a completely wrong measurement and quote for your carpet needs. You may also like this place if you enjoy not receiving return phone calls after walking in to a different location wanting to still give them your business. If you don't care for such antics, look elsewhere.
Had Red from the company to come out and do the quote and he quoted us with the hallway and knowing that we had concrete as flooring in the house and when sent out installers that were great and friendly but wasn't sent with tack for the flooring and not enough carpet for the hallway and was sent with the wrong pad. Should of been 8lb pad and was sent with 6lb pad. The only reason why got a 2 is because the installers were great and I felt sorry for them.
