I needed to tile a 2000 square foot space. I needed all of the old product removed. I started shopping and visiting the obvious stores and they all has great product and terrible installation prices and unimaginable procedures. Then I decided to go to an old fashioned small store. I was very pleased with the entire customer service from the minute i walked into the store. Annette greeted me and was very personable. She was very easy to talk to. She gave me a wide range of carpet samples to choose from. I left with her card to hand it to my mom to call back for a house visit. Annette was very cooperative and gave me no pressure. Sales manager at the Davie store, Rick S., could not have been nicer. Really knew his stuff and recommended a range of options and prices. After understanding what we wanted, he narrowed down the options to ones that best fit our needs. The entire purchase and installation by their installer, Dave, could not have been any better and their guaranteed material and service sealed the deal. Would not think about going elsewhere when we need more carpet.

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Al P. the manager at the West Kendall store. I visited him after visiting a competitor, and what a difference!! On my first stop, our conversation with the salesman helping us was interrupted countless times, and at the end we arranged for someone to come measure my house. We left there and visited Dolphin, there were no interruptions, Al took his time to explain everything to us and set up a man to measure our house. I was extremely pleased with the installation results! The tile looks terrific and I could not be more impressed with not only the workmanship but also the neatness of the crew. They were on time and worked throughout the day without disrupting me. In addition, Demetrius was amazing in the way he made sure the process was smooth and "painless".
